Clean pool area with Jacuzzi, Large and comfortable rooms, Well-designed room layouts

Parking was a real pain with limited spots and quite a few obstacles!!! Also, the noise from surrounding rooms was quite disruptive at times!!!

The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. The location feels like home away from home, super cozy! The shower had great water pressure, and I loved the convenient parking. Highly recommend this spot for families.

I thoroughly enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel, especially the bright and airy lobby. The ample seating areas made it easy for me to relax, and the accessible pathways were a blessing for someone with mobility challenges.

Better signage for senior accessibility would help greatly.

Good hotel with free wi-fi, comfortable beds, and a fitness center. I remember the helpful staff assisting me with parking. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

Great for Families with Comfortable Rooms

I had a wonderful stay with my family! The room was spacious and clean, with top-notch water pressure in the shower, making our mornings refreshing. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious choices, including a fun pancake maker that the kids loved. On a downside, the mini fridge was a bit noisy at times, but it didn't overshadow our overall enjoyable experience.

My stay at holiday inn express was better than my last trip to pensacola. The spacious room had a fantastic shower with great water pressure. Breakfast was excellent, featuring freshly baked pastries and a variety of hot items

Proximity to the VA Medical Center was ideal. The breakfast exceeded expectations with delicious cooked food and a great variety, including sugar-free options. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the beds are uncomfortably high, posing a risk for individuals with mobility issues. The size of the King Room was disappointing, lacking the comfort expected.

The breakfast spread had a neat make-your-own pancake machine that was the cherry on top! And the staff? Just as sweet as the pancakes. They addressed my needs right away. The room was spacious and super cozy, perfect for unwinding after a day of local eats.

The mini fridge had a bit of a ruckus going on and the AC wasn’t super quiet either. Plus, we hit a snag with the cable TV being offline for a morning. Still, everything else made it a cool place to stay!

Great staff and comfy beds!

Had a fun stay! The room was super clean and really spacious. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. Sandra in the breakfast area was such a sweetheart! Only bummer was the $200 cash deposit that wasn’t mentioned before. kinda annoying. Overall, good spot for visiting family nearby.

we had a fantastic stay at holiday inn express! the bed was super comfy with amazing sheets. breakfast offered a great variety and the staff was incredibly friendly. the bathroom and room size were impressive, and the location was perfect for visiting nas. i also loved the festive lobby for mardi gras!
